Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration
Dispute resolution is a core practice area for our firm, with a significant impact on precedent-setting cases at the Supreme Court level in corporate/commercial, tax, and shipping/transport law. We currently handle approximately 1,000 pending court cases, including:

- Tax disputes involving corporate tax, income tax, VAT, and customs duties
- Cases related to fines imposed by the Advertisement Control Committee

Our firm is also highly active in arbitration and the enforcement of arbitral awards. We have represented clients in both local and international arbitrations under ICC and UNCITRAL rules. Notably, we represented clients in the first arbitration ever initiated against the Turkish government in a foreign jurisdiction.
