Comprehensive counseling of companies and other business entities – with an emphasis on public limited companies, stock corporations and private limited liability companies, but also including general and limited partnerships, nonprofit organizations, foundations and associations – is a fundamental part of the traditional services of Turkish Legal Centre. A particular focus of our wide-ranging experience is in the areas of capital transactions, restructuring and capital reconstruction. We assist our clients in the preparation and negotiation of company contracts (articles of incorporation and organizational regulations) as well as the documentation and contracts required for the incorporation and operation of a business entity, and the preparation and realization of general assemblies and board meetings. Further services cover incorporations, capital changes and liquidations, as well as counseling in all matters concerning the public commercial register, and the preparation of shareholders’ agreements, which we structure to suit individual requirements.
